Delivery to parcel lockers.

When confirming your order, choose the parcel locker closest to you. The order will be delivered within the approximate delivery time indicated on the product page. You will receive a text message with the code to open the parcel locker at the phone number provided.

Shipments in Omniva parcel lockers are stored for 7 days.

Shipments in DPD parcel lockers are stored for:
Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary - 5 days;
Estonia, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, France, Sweden, Finland, Ireland - 7 days;
Poland - 3 days;
Portugal - 10 days;
Spain - 9 days;
Czech Republic - 8 days;
Luxembourg - 7 days (in-store), 3 days (in a locker);
Denmark - 14 days (in-store), 7 days (in a locker).

If you do not pick up your shipment by the end of the storage period, it will be returned to the AR PRO Systems warehouse.

Important!
Delivery to an Omniva parcel locker is possible only if the item does not exceed the specified shipment dimensions (38x39x64 cm) and weight (up to 30 kg).

Delivery to a DPD parcel locker is possible only if the item does not exceed the specified shipment dimensions (44x37x61 cm) and weight:
To Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia - up to 31.5 kg;
To Portugal - up to 10 kg;
To Other Countries - up to 20 kg.
