5 Year Warranty

(Carbon Fiber)

When you invest in AR PRO, you’re not just buying a pole - you’re securing your business with the toughest, most reliable gear on the market. That’s why every AR PRO Water Fed Pole comes with a 5 Year Warranty on the carbon fiber.

 

We know how frustrating it is to deal with broken, unreliable equipment. If the carbon in a section cracks, we’ll move fast to get you back in action. 

What's Covered?

The AR PRO 5 Year Warranty covers:

Carbon Fiber

If your pole’s carbon fiber section ever breaks under normal use, we’ll replace it - simple as that.

 

How To Claim:

If you have an issue, simply fill out the claim form below and provide as many details as possible, including pictures. We’ll assess the situation quickly and get your replacement parts shipped as soon as possible.

 

Important Notes:

Misuse, abuse, or mishandling isn’t covered. We’re here to support hardworking professionals, not negligence.


International Customers:

We’ll replace the parts, but shipping costs must be covered before dispatch.

2 Year Warranty

(Pure Water System)

When you invest in an AR PRO Pure Water System, you receive a 2 year warranty on all system components - except for filters, pump and RO membranes.

What's Not Covered

- Damage from dropping, tipping over, or breakage during transit.

- Rusted parts caused by chemical exposure.

- Modifications to the system - any changes will void the warranty.

- Shipping costs - while we’ll cover the replacement parts, international customers must pay for shipping before we send them out.

How to Start a Warranty Claim:

To submit a claim, you must be the original owner, and your information must match the original order.

Photos of the affected parts
✔ Any other relevant information

 

The more details you provide, the faster we can process your claim. Our team will evaluate the issue and determine if it falls under normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to deny any claim if necessary.
