After your order is placed, choose the parcel locker closest to you. The order will be delivered within the approximate delivery time indicated on the product page. You will receive a text message with the code to open the parcel locker at the phone number provided.
Shipments in DPD parcel lockers are stored for:
Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary - 5 days;
Estonia, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, France, Sweden, Finland, Ireland - 7 days;
Poland - 3 days;
Portugal - 10 days;
Spain - 9 days;
Czech Republic - 8 days;
Luxembourg - 7 days (in-store), 3 days (in a locker);
Denmark - 14 days (in-store), 7 dienas (in a locker).
If you do not pick up your shipment by the end of the storage period, it will be returned to the AR PRO Systems warehouse.
Delivery to a DPD parcel locker is possible only if the item does not exceed the specified shipment dimensions (44x37x61 cm) and weight:
To Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia - up to 31,5 kg;
To Portugal - up to 10 kg;
To Other Countries - up to 20 kg.
