Pure Water System

First and foremost is the pure water system that purifies the water.

 

Not going into too much detail on each tier - here are quick breakdowns for your understanding.

Deionization System (DI)

The deionization system uses only deionization resin to purify the water. It is useful in areas with low mineral content in the source water, but in high mineral areas, frequent resin replacements can become too costly to make it a viable option for your business.

Reverse Osmosis (RO)

This system uses only an RO membrane with prefilters. While it doesn’t remove enough minerals to be useful for window cleaning, it provides sufficient purity for solar panel cleaning.

Reverse Osmosis Deionization

System (RO/DI)

This system is the most advanced and efficient. It combines all of the previously mentioned filtration stages in perfect synergy, delivering the highest water production rate with the least maintenance cost. For maximum benefit, a booster pump can be added, allowing multiple operators to use the system simultaneously.

Water Fed Pole

The second most important component of the pure water cleaning method is the water fed pole.

 

Poles come in different materials, lengths and types, each falling into its own quality tier.

Aluminium Pole

Aluminum poles are the heaviest, most flexible, and have the least reach. If ease of use and height don’t matter to you, and you just want the cheapest option, this is it. But be aware - they significantly reduce both the pleasure and effectiveness of pure water window cleaning.

Fiberglass Pole

These poles are lighter than aluminium, but they’re still hard to work with at height. They lack rigidity and, when extended, swing like a fishing rod, making them difficult to control.

Hybrid Pole

Hybrid poles introduce higher quality materials like carbon fiber. They combine the lightness and rigidity of carbon fiber with the lower cost of fiberglass. While they’re a much better option than fiberglass poles, they’re still not ideal - at height, the flexibility of fiberglass becomes noticeable.

Carbon Pole

At the top of the pole tiers are carbon fiber poles. They provide the best available combination of lightness, durability, and rigidity - making them the top choice for pure water cleaning.

Anti-Spin & Round

Water fed poles come in different section shapes - anti-spin or standard round. Anti-spin poles are a bit more rigid and easier to use, as the clamps stay locked in place, preventing unwanted rotation. Round poles, on the other hand, are the standard option - still offering great performance, just without the slighyly added rigidity and anti-spin benefits.

Water Fed Accessories

The third component is the “glue” that makes the pure water system and water fed pole work together to get the best pure water cleaning results.

 

Pure water cleaning includes accessories like brushes, goosenecks and hoses that let you adapt the cleaning kit to any job and your personal preference.

Water Fed Pole Brushes

What’s the maintenance process for the pure water system?

Maintaining the pure water system involves regularly replacing its filters and resin:

  • Under regular usage, carbon and sediment filters should be changed once a month (cost: ~5 euros each).
  • Under regular usage, RO membrane needs replacement after one cleaning season (approximately 8 months) (cost: ~150 euros).
  • DI Resin should be replaced when the TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) Water Hardness Tester reads above 10ppm.

All filters and resin are available for purchase directly from us.

Does the kit include everything to start cleaning, or do I need to buy anything separately?

Our kit includes everything you need except for a garden hose. You’ll need a garden hose to:

  • Connect the water source to the pure water system.
  • Connect the pure water system to the pole hose.
  • Guide wastewater to a suitable drainage area, such as a garden or any other convenient location.

Once you have the garden hose, you’re ready to set up and start cleaning.

Is it difficult to set up?

Setting up the kit is super simple.

 

Step 1: Assemble the Water Fed Pole

  • Insert the gooseneck at the top section of the pole and attach the water fed pole brush to the gooseneck.
  • The brush comes pre built with a hose assembly, so no extra setup is required there.
  • Slide the pole hose through the bottom of the pole up to the top and attach it to the brush hose assembly.

Step 2: Set Up the Pure Water System

  • Connect the water source to the system inlet using a standard garden hose.
  • Attach a hose to the system outlet, leading to your water fed pole:
    • Either a standard garden hose connected to a water fed pole hose via the included fitting.
    • Or a direct connection with a water fed pole hose via a fitting.
  • Connect a garden hose to the wastewater outlet and direct it to a suitable drainage area, such as a garden or any other convenient location.

Step 3: Powering Up The Pure Water System

 

(For a 1 Operator Pure Water System)

  • Turn on the water source and you're ready to go.

 (For a 2 Operator Pure Water System with a Pump)

  • Turn on the water source and plug in the pump.
  • Adjust the wastewater regulator (lever on the side of the system) until the manometer reads 10 bars, and you’re ready to go!

Will this work in areas with hard water?

Most definitely. The system is specially designed for use in hard water areas. Its 4 stage filtration ensures that hard water is purified by 99.99% without excessively wearing out the filters. Unlike single stage filtration systems, which are only recommended for water below 100 TDS, this system can cost effectively purify water well above 100 TDS.

What’s the difference between Standard and Pro kits?

Standard kits are made purely for standard pure water cleaning with the best components to achieve it.

  • Not designed for high reach commercial jobs, but perfect for residential cleaning, easily reaching windows at residential jobs.
  • Features the lightest pole option for residential heights, ensuring easy handling and comfort.
  • Uses a round pole, which doesn’t include anti-spin features, but still delivers ease of use for standard cleaning.


Pro kits are designed for cleaners looking to have every option available right away.

  • Covers both residential and commercial cleaning, achieving the reach needed for most jobs.
  • Includes a nylon brush for maintenance cleans and a hybrid brush for tackling dirtier jobs.
  • Features an anti-spin pole to prevent rotation and provide better rigidity and control.

Can this kit be used for solar panel and facade cleaning?

Yes! This kit gives you an entry into both solar panel and facade cleaning.

  • For solar panel cleaning, everything you need is included - except for a rotary brush, which would be an upgrade for even more speed in solar jobs.
  • For facade cleaning, the kit provides maintenance cleaning where no chemicals are required.
  • Additionally, this kit can also be used for transport cleaning, as it leaves no residue after washing.

How high can I clean with each kit?

Standard Kit: Can clean up to 3 floors, depending on building type and floor height (estimates based on common floor heights, which can vary):

  • For office buildings with a higher floor height (~3m per floor), the pole will reach 3 floors, but in some cases, taller floors may limit the reach to 2 floors.
  • For apartment buildings and residential houses with a lower floor height (~2.5m per floor), the pole will comfortably reach 3 floors.
  • Keep in mind that you'll typically stand away from the building and hold the pole at roughly hip height, which slightly affects the effective vertical reach compared to the pole length.

Pro Kit: Can clean up to 5 floors, depending on building type and floor height.

  • For office buildings with a higher floor height (~3m per floor), the pole will comfortably reach 4 floors.
  • For apartment buildings with a lower floor height (~2.5m per floor), the pole will comfortably reach 5 floors
  • The same logic applies as with the Standard Kit - the usable reach differs from the total pole length.
