Description

The AR PRO RO/DI 4040 is a portable pure water system based on the process of reverse osmosis and deionization.

 

Perfect for photovoltaic panel, glass, or facade cleaning needs.

 

How do professional cleaners get those streak-free results? They use pure water provided by a pure water system. Because on the other hand, hard water contains calcium and magnesium, which leaves white streaks that are hard to remove.

 

The AR PRO RO/DI 4040 without a pump does not require electricity. It is powered by water pressure from the source. However, the pressure of the source water needs to be at least 3-4 bars. 

 

The AR PRO RO/DID 4040 with pump has an increased efficiency that allows you to perform jobs in places where the water pressure is very low. The pump will also increase the output of demineralized water, thanks to which two people can use the system simultaneously.

AR PRO RO/DI 4040 Pure Water System

The AR PRO RO/DI 4040 uses four-stage water filtration. The first sediment filter removes all large particles, such as sand, silt, and debris. The second carbon filter removes any remaining sediments as well as chlorine. Then the water goes through the reverse osmosis membrane - at this stage, the system purifies the water from ~98% of minerals and contaminants. During the reverse osmosis process, water is divided into two categories - waste, containing minerals and contaminants, and clean water, which then passes through the last deionization filter. Thanks to this solution, you can obtain 100% purified water that does not leave streaks or stains after evaporation.

AR PRO RO/DI Maintenance

Maintaining your AR PRO RO/DI system is simple with regular care. Consistently changing your filters ensures flawless performance and keeps your TDS near 0.

 

Pre-filters: You have both a sediment and a carbon filter as pre-filters. Replace both every 1 to 2 months, or earlier if there’s a noticeable decrease in flow.

 

RO Membrane: With proper care, your RO Membrane only needs replacement every 1–2 years.

 

DI Resin: To maintain optimal performance, replace the DI resin when your system reads over 10 PPM on the TDS meter.
